High Concept

“BOOM!” is a fast-paced, high-speed sport shooter inspired by the frenetic gameplay of paintball and portrayed with whimsical excessiveness. Gameplay takes place in small, arena-like maps, and is based around the mode of Aggressive Center Flag (ACF), in which a single centrally-located neutral flag must be obtained and then successfully taken to the opponent’s base.

Implemented round system for custom Aggressive Center Flag (ACF) mode
Implemented custom flag behavior. ACF mode only used one flag.
Implemented path finding behavior for decoy bots based on UDK’s pathing system
Implemented custom text based system for multi-language support
Created custom kismet nodes (UDK)
